The book of Nehemiah occurs in a time of great turmoil and involves a city laying in ruin. The outlook is bleak – unless God does something great. And that’s exactly what God does! Today we too are surrounded by mayhem, our homes are on the brink of failure, a sense of fear has gripped our cities and nation as we go through our daily grind. Will God do something great? Would He do something great for me? Take this journey through the book of Nehemiah to see a great God do great things and renew your hope that God really does have a marvelous plan for you.

Genuine faith has always been more than mere words, it changes a person from the inside out and produces good works. Are you disappointed with your dull faith? Have you been preaching another gospel with your actions that contradicts the one of your words? Come and be encouraged through this expository sermon series in the book of James.
